Candidate: Paul R. Andrews

Paul Andrews an experienced professional business, aviation leader, and Veteran with active duty service during Desert Shield/Storm. Paul and his wife Denise, like many “empty nesters”, migrated to Florida some eight years ago to enjoy the Florida lifestyle and seek out business opportunities. At the time of the move Paul was enjoying a long term successful career as a Professional Flight Engineer. His flying career spanned over 20 years with over 10 years of it flying international that included moving Troops to various locations throughout the world. In addition he has over thirty years of combined Military and Civilian maintenance experience and is a licensed aircraft mechanic and an Instrument Rated Pilot. In 2005 with his airline in bankruptcy, Paul left to pursue business opportunities in the local area. Paul was a licensed builder and home inspector and operated a home remodeling and inspection service in his former home state of Michigan. Paul has been an active real estate investor for many years, and brings a wealth of expertise and experience to his profession. Paul currently is in charge of Thomas Ryan Real Estate Management Inc. Under Paul’s leadership as the property manager, Thomas Ryan Real Estate Management has returned to profitability. He still remains active as 1st Lieutenant in the Civil Air Patrol with the Charlotte County Composite Squadron; Paul donates time and experience as a CAP pilot and as the squadron\'s Professional Development Officer and Assistant Safety Officer.
