Candidate: Pamella Seay

Pamella A. Seay has served on the Charlotte County Airport Authority since 1997. She has three times served as chairman of the board for the Authority, and currently serves in that position. She is a professor, teaching law in the Justice Studies Division at Florida Gulf Coast University and is an attorney, licensed to practice in Florida since 1989. Ms. Seay holds a JD degree from the University of South Carolina, an LL.M. degree from Stetson University College of Law, and a BFA from Kendall School of Design College of Art & Design. She has served as the chair for the Charlotte County Punta Gorda Planning Commission, and is a former board moderator (chair) for the Charlotte Regional Medical Center in Punta Gorda. Ms. Seay resides in Deep Creek, where she has lived since 1993.
