Candidate: Francesco Mattera

Hello my name is Francesco ( Frank ) Mattera and I am running for the Cross Creek North CDD seat #2 I have over 15 years experience as a board member.

In 2008 i was elected to the CDD  in Tampa Florida at the Hammocks References Andy Mendenhall Regional manager (813) 991-1116 and Community manager Shelly Bramm 813-600-1100. I was on the board till I sold my home due to my Grandson being diagnosed with cancer so we moved back to NY to help with his treatments, he is now 15 and cancer free Praise the Lord 

In 2017 I purchased a home in the Rolling Hills Community and was elected to the CDD in 2018 and sat on the board references John Miller 904-574-1770 and Shannon Jordan 904-638-2860 till my daughter bought my home in 2021 and my house here in Cross Creek was completed .

I have served here at Cross Creek on the ARC.committee till a seat opened up on the HOA and was elected to the HOA , thank you to all who voted. I will have to be removed from the HOA when we vote for the CDD during the general election in November and there will be a vote to replace me with another homeowner in a community vote after the general election.

Although i am not a fan of certain rules set in place by the builder hopefully in a year or two we the community will take over and amend some of the rules. The HOA is important and the community needs to VOTE in owners who will enforce the rules set in place this is very important. Our management company is doing what they are paid to do which is enforce the rules set in place so our community stays nice which is a good thing .
