Candidate: G. Glenn Warren

I am G. Glenn Warren, and I am a candidate for South Village CDD seat 4.  I have lived in Clay County for over 40 years and have resided in the Oakleaf/Eagle Landing area since 2005.   Along with my wife, Lori, and our two daughters, we have been either Social Members or Golf Members since Eagle Landing Golf Club first opened.  We are proud of our community and look forward to living here for many years to come. 

I am an Attorney and a partner at Warren, Metcalf & Mairs, PLLC.  Before becoming an attorney, I worked for State Farm as an insurance adjuster. I earned my undergraduate degree in Business and Finance from the University of Florida and my law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law.  I strongly believe in giving back to the community and have chosen to be involved in many ways. I am an active member of the Orange Park Sunrise Rotary Club, where I have served as Treasurer, Secretary, President-Elect, President, and Past President.  Through Rotary, I had the opportunity to travel to Gabon, Africa, to assist with the establishment of a medical clinic in an area with desperate need. I was a member of the Jacksonville Sports Council (formerly known as the Gator Bowl Association) from 2000 to 2019.  I am also a member and Past President of the Catholic Lawyers Guild. I have served as the Muskogee District Chairman of the Boy Scouts North Florida Council (2013-2015), and I am an Eagle Scout.  I truly enjoy golf and racquetball, as well as traveling with my family.

Eagle Landing has seen significant progress over the years, and I believe we are headed in the right direction to become one of the premier neighborhoods in North Florida.  I would like to be involved as your next CDD Seat 4 Supervisor to help our community continue to grow in a fiscally responsible manner while striving to improve the amenities and your overall experience as an Eagle Landing resident.  As a practicing attorney, I believe I can bring a different perspective to the CDD Board that will be beneficial to our community for the next four years.   With your vote, I promise to work on your behalf and for the overall betterment of the Eagle Landing community.
