Candidate's Statement

Candidate Statement

Frank Ciatto is a Veteran, a business owner, and an experienced public servant. Frank honorably served our country as an Intelligence Specialist in the United States Navy, serving his entire 4 year enlistment overseas in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Following his military service, Frank began a career in civil government as a Property Tax Analyst with the New York State Department of Tax and Finance. After 5 years of public service, Frank moved to the United Kingdom where he lived and worked in London for over 10 years and established a career as a Private Investigator. He returned to Palm Beach County in 2016 and established his own Private Investigation agency, Anchor Investigations and Security, in Jupiter. While operating his own business, Frank's desire to serve his community led him to seek positions within the Palm Beach County government where he served as a Code Enforcement Officer and most recently as a Deputy Tax Collector.

Frank holds a Master of Arts degree in International Studies from Charter University in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts, with a concentration in Economics, from the State University of New York's Regents College.

Personal

Frank is passionate about helping and serving others, especially our great Veterans. He is a member of the American Legion and a frequent volunteer at the VA hospital in West Palm Beach, as well as locally organized events that honor and support our Veterans.

Frank is also an active member of the private investigation industry, both in Florida and abroad, and is a member of the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators, as well as the World Association of Private Investigators.

In November 2015, Frank lost his beloved wife Geraldine to breast cancer. Following her passing, he relocated back to Florida to be closer to family and began a new life and business in Palm Beach County. He is an outspoken advocate for Breast Cancer organizations and participates in charitable functions associated with finding a cure and raising early detection awareness. It was also this tragic loss that reignated his desire to serve his community.

Frank is also passionate about causes that raise awareness of, and take action against, childhood hunger and is a staunch supporter of the charity No Kid Hungry.

Community Involvement

In addition to the previously listed activities and causes, Frank is an active member of his Episcopal church, the Church of the Good Shepherd in Tequesta. Frank is working with his pastor to create a Veteran's ministry and outreach program that will benefit local Veterans both in and beyond the church community.
