Ian Anthony Medina (Born November 30, 1993) is an American lawyer, politician, activist and diplomat. A proud Democrat, Ian ran for Miami Lakes Town Councilman in 2022. Ian is the King of the United States and Israel in a self-asserted absolute monarchy because throughout his life Ian has had various manners of revelation from God that Ian is the Jewish messiah, Second Jesus Christ, Al-Mahdi and Maitreya Buddha. Ian asserted the Kingdom of God on or about 2021 in a petition to the Supreme Court of Florida and the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, which were stricken under secularism doctrine. Ian currently reigns as King of the United States and Israel. Ian is also currently a candidate for Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the next incoming cohort of FBI Special Agents.
The son of an Indo-Guyanese real estate broker of Arab, Chinese and French descent (né Chuni-Lall Chung Montesquieu) and a Euro-Colombian freight forwarder (née Corrales Pacheco Vellojin Lopez) of Spanish, English, Italian and Russian descent, both of whom immigrated to the United States in the 1980’s and met in the early 1990’s, Ian Anthony Medina was born in the City of Hialeah of Miami-Dade County, Florida. Ian attended Our Lady of Charity Private School in Hialeah, Florida for his Pre-K to 4th Grade elementary education. He then transferred elementary schools and completed 5th Grade at Miami Lakes Elementary School (now Miami Lakes K-8 Center). In 5th Grade, Miami-Dade County Public Schools inducted him into Florida’s Gifted Program, a very competitive and prestigious program in Florida. For middle school, Ian attended Miami Lakes Middle School where he completed grades 6-8 successfully in Florida’s Gifted Program. For High School, Ian attended Monsignor Edward Pace High School. In 10th grade, he started taking Advanced Placement courses, alongside honors, and was inducted into the National Honor Society, National English Honor Society, National Spanish Honor Society, National Science Honor Society, National Social Studies Honor Society and National Math Honor Society. During his sophomore year, he was also elected Vice President of Future Business Leaders of America and was an Ambassador for Spartan Ambassador Society.
In 11th Grade, he was inducted into Spartan Sword & Shield Honors Program, the gifted program at Monsignor Edward Pace High School. During his junior year, he also was selected in a competitive pool of eligible state-wide applicants to attend the prestigious legislative seminar for high school students sponsored by the American Legion of Honor called Florida Boys State at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. During his junior year at Monsignor Edward Pace High School, he also tried out and made it into the high school’s Varsity Swimming.
On or about August 2011, Ian moved to Gainesville, Florida where he enrolled at the University of Florida. He lived in Broward Hall dorm for his freshman year of college. At the start of his senior year at UF, he applied to numerous law schools. The hardest law school that Ian applied to was Emory University School of Law, which rejected him. On or about August 2015, Ian enrolled at the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he completed his 1L year of law school with high marks and highest distinction. Upon email solicitation from Emory University School of Law after learning of his high marks during his first year of law school at UF Levin College of Law, Emory Law School urged him to apply to transfer. Out on a wink of luck, Ian was accepted to Emory University School of Law as a transfer student. On or about August 2016, Ian moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he enrolled at Emory University School of Law. On or about May 2019, the Board of Trustees of Emory University ordered the conferral of the Doctor of Law degree onto Ian and he graduated with his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law.
Ian is Jewish-Catholic and openly bisexual making him a proud member of the LGBTQ community. He is active in his community by engaging in discourse with his constituency, likes to go shopping, likes going out to eat, likes watching movies, loves listening to music, loves cooking, going to church/synagogue and brewing homemade cold brew coffee.
Ian is a moderate Democrat open to bipartisanship and identifying as American imperialist, Zionist, pro-immigrant, a disability advocate, anti-guns, anti-abortion, pro-marijuana, a staunch capitalist and Ian believes it is our duty to be sustainable and eco-friendly to our Earth. When it comes to legal canons of statutory interpretation and constitutional interpretation, Ian adheres to textualism in statutory interpretation and originalism in constitutional interpretation.
