Candidate: Richard Sullivan

I have been practicing as an attorney in Glades and Hendry County for over 25 years. This is an "experience election" as the new judge will be responsible for hearing a very wide range of cases. Experience with each type of case, the rules and statutes accociated with them, and the case law history are of tremendous importance.

I am the candidate with the necessary history to deal with these cases and am prepared to do so. I have wide experience in areas of law including Marchman Acts, Guardianships, Criminal Law, Child Support and Custody, Adoptions, Delinquency, Dependency, Divorce, Small Claims, Civil Litigation, Adoptions, Probate and Traffic Tickets.

An experienced judge with active listening slkills, a calm, measured disposition and a professional approach will benefit the citizens of Glades County. I am eager to put my experience to work for you.
