I am a lifelong resident of Nassau County, raised in Kings Ferry, the youngest of five girls. Of those, four were educators. I've been married to my husband, Bobby, for 29 years and have three children: Haley, Hannah, and Robert.
- 1986 - Graduated from Hilliard Middle Senior High School
- 1990 - Graduated from Jacksonville University (Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education).
- 1993 - Graduated from the University of North Florida (Master's of Education in Management and Supervision).
- 1991-2001 - Teacher at Callahan Elementary School (Kindergarten/1st Grades).
- 2001-2013 - Principal at Hilliard Elementary School.
- 2013-2021 - Director of Elementary Education, Executive Director Curriculum and Instruction. Retired from Nassau County Schools.
- 2021-Present - Principal at Folkston Elementary School (Charlton County, Georgia)
