  • With a lot of thought and encouragement from the community I am honored to announce my candidacy for Monroe County School Board, 2 .

    I have a deep passion for education and community service; I am excited to bring my expertise and commitment to this important role.

    I am a fifth generation Florida Keys resident who attended Monroe County schools and graduated from Florida State University.  After guiding my three children through the Monroe County School District and FSU I have remained involved as a parent, grandparent and philanthropist, working with numerous organizations that serve the youth of our community.  I am committed to serving the district and working tirelessly to ensure that every student and teacher has access to the resources and support needed to succeed.  I bring over 25 years of successful business experience as well as strong qualifications that will make a positive difference on the board.
