Candidate: Lisa Ellen Dirnberger

Lisa Ellen loves Jesus, loves people and loves nature. Lisa Ellen is running for Soil & Water in the district she lives in because it is worth preserving the land of the free and the home of the brave. She has always been inspired by the glorious creation of our heavenly Father and the spirit of the American people. As an 11-year-old cabbage farm worker, she sought to do her job with joy and do it right. From there, she graduated to working in a window factory in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. Extremely hot working conditions and an annoying boss caused her to look for something more.

As an unwed mother, the Government paid for Lisa’s nursing education where she excelled, becoming a Charge Nurse for a Behavioral Health, Child and Adolescent Unit and Coordinator of the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner program at All Saints Hospital in Racine, Wisconsin. Lisa Ellen would have spent her life in that career, but God had other plans.

Beginning in 2005, she transitioned from that profession to helping her dad with a financial brokerage agency where she learned how to read tricky contracts such as mortgages, life insurance and securities products.

Again, God intervened when she married a former atheist, God sent her one and only son to California and the newlyweds to Jacksonville, Florida, where they have resided since 2010. Lisa Ellen has volunteered in the Duval County community for the past 14 years as a patient advocate for the elderly, peacekeeper in Jefferson Davis Middle School (now known as Charger Academy) and almost every church “position” known to man.

She also worked as a volunteer at Eden Gardens and she has completed the North Florida Aquaponics 5-day training course. Currently, she is stewarding the land God has given her family to care for along with an organic ministry serving Christians in Pakistan and India with her husband, son and daughter-in-law. She is passionate about righting wrongs, living the Word of God and preserving our Constitutional freedoms.
