Accelerated supervisory responsibilities for 33 employees to managing fifty-nine center and field employees operatios. 

Directed subordinate staff in conducting highly difficult compliance reviews, directing, and participating in highly complex issues. Directed and participated in highly complex investigations overseeing and recommending enforcement action, establishing, and maintaining contacts with stake holders.
