Candidate: Julius Jules Kwiatkowski

I am your commissioner for the East Flagler Mosquito Control District. I have been your commissioner for 16 years.

In Edison, N.J. I was a letter carrier for 30 years, and Volunteer Fireman for 32 years. Immediately after moving to Palm Coast, I joined the Palm Coast Fire Police and served for 12 years.

I am a lifetime member of the

Palm Coast Fire Police,

N.J Police, the Elks,

the N.J Social Club.

I am an Associate member of the Marines and the first C.O.P in Palm Coast. I was a member of the Palm Coast Leisure Service Council for 16 years.

Many of the amenities we have in our town I am proud to have been a part of, mainly the Indian Trails Sport Complex.

During my time in office the District built a multi-million-dollar state-of-the-art facility. This was fully funded so that the District incurred no debt.

The District has expanded its boundaries to include Plantation Bay and Hunter's Ridge and we have secured a new helicopter and are awaiting its arrival in spring of 2024.
