Candidate: Andrew T Werner

Andrew Werner is a candidate for Palm Coast City Council District 3. He is a dedicated husband, father of two school-aged children, and a proud resident of beautiful Palm Coast.  Andrew has a lifetime of service experience working with youth and problem solving for those in need. He currently works as an advocate and educator for students and families in the public school system. A strong dedication to American values and representative government fuels his campaign for a chance to work for Palm Coast constituents. He believes a representative's responsibility is to listen, advocate, and problem solve for the people they serve.  

Andrew’s educational credentials include an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice, a master's degree in Counseling Psychology (MSCP), and master’s degree in School Psychology (Ed.S). He is proud to be a nationally certified School Psychologist and has participated in school level leadership teams for over a decade.

The city belongs to the people, and it is the people who should decide how we preserve our quality of life and grow forward.” 

Andrew has worked as an advocate since the very beginning of his career. His list of community endeavors includes assisting young men in youth probation, working with children in youth foster care, and working as a counselor for students with mental health needs. He has also worked to solve problems for adults suffering from substance abuse, mental health issues, and with people experiencing housing crisis issues. Andrew now works with students and families in public, private, and homeschool settings as a counselor and school psychologist. He also participates in building leadership teams.
