Candidate: Perry Mitrano

I’m a licensed Florida Auctioneer (#5002) and enjoy working with my wife, Diana Minotti, at her business. I am a lifelong businessman with business acumen and experience in service-related industries. I have been a resident of the area since 2005.

Let’s talk Mosquitoes! 

The district has excellent staff and a very competent Director. This is good news for the taxpayer. They take their work seriously and treat their position like doctors, nurses, police officers, firefighters, or garbagemen, who treat their jobs with passion. 

The Commission's job is to assist the Director and staff in managing the budget with responsible growth and district needs. 

The Commission, City Council, Committee Members, or, for that matter, any elected board member on any board is responsible for oversight.  

Being engaged as a Board member will assist the current staff in achieving their goals and needs by asking questions.

I'm asking for your votes but not your money. I will not ask for donations during these financially difficult times, and I do not want to appear beholden to any benefactor. 

You will see some of my signs throughout the County and Cities. I purchased all of them with my own capital.  

Remember, voting for me will give the taxpayer transparency, fiscal responsibility, an accessible Commissioner, and support to the East Flagler Mosquito District employees.
