No party, Write-in candidate for Jacksonville Mayor, to represent & serve everybody, equally.

Born in Canal Zone, Panama. Lived in Honduras for 9 years. Raised Christian. My family is from the United States, Panama, Colombia, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Spain & Cuba.

I will reduce crime. I will always support the good work of our local Police. There are many things we can do in neighborhoods, to reduce crime, making it safer for residents & our Police. Over the years, I have seen many ideas that have been very successful in reducing crime, in other large cities. Applying all of them to Jacksonville would make a drastic difference. A little investment in the kids, before they go to crime, is cheaper for taxpayers, than the cost after they get arrested.

I will work with the DOT, to find solutions for the increasing traffic. Better marked roads, downtown, on 95. Smart lights at onramps & intersection. More efficient, brighter streetlights. Any new road surfaces in a lighter color, to increase visibility & reduce city heat.

I will make our city storm ready & resilient. Our storm defenses are 50 to 100 years old & never figured in rising water levels. All of our river's & tributarie's shores need to be reinforced, to protect homeowners. Fixing problems, like constant flooding, will also help keep residents insurance costs stable.

I want every public school, in Jacksonville, to be the best. I will always support teachers. Some of the most important people, in my life, have been teachers. I will support any incentives, to get the best teachers into our great city. I consider schools infrastructure & teachers essential & most important.

I have owned & helped start multiple businesses. Worked in the 401k plan of a major corporation. Donate to charities for children. 57 with a lot of world experience.

I am a fiscal conservatist. Efficient, transparent, inclusive government.
