Candidate: Craig DeThomasis

Craig DeThomasis has been a resident of Alachua County since 1976 and has been practicing law in this jurisdiction for over 34 years. He has extensive courtroom experience and has appeared in the criminal, civil, traffic, dependency,family, juvenile, and domestic relations courts of this Circuit.

Craig attended the University of Florida and earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration in 1980 and Juris Doctor in 1983.

In addition to the practice of law, Craig has served as an Adjunct Lecturer and Professor of Law at the University of Florida Levin College of Law for 28 years.

Craig has been endorsed by the North Central Florida Chapter of the Police Benevolent Association,Inc. and the Fire Rescue Professionals of Alachua County I.A.F.F. Local 3852.
