My name is Mona C. Clark and I am running for re-election to the Utility Board (Seat A) because I remain dedicated to my community, our customers, and Keys Energy Services. I have served on the Utility Board since 2004 and hold the distinction of being the first elected female Board member in the Utility's history. I retired from Monroe County Schools as an educator and administrator for 35 years. For over 40 years I have been very active in the community with various organizations, having served on and chaired numerous non-profit Boards. I received my Bachelor's degree from Florida A&M University and a Master's degree from the University of South Florida. I thank you for your years of support and the opportunity to continue serving you and our community toward a bright future.
