Candidate: Brian Grainger

My fantastic wife, Christina, and I have been married for 21 years with three wonderful children. I have deep roots as a resident of Bay County. I was born at Bay Med and graduated from Rutherford High School in 2001.

I joined the Air Force and was stationed in Mississippi and New Mexico. In 2011, I joined the Florida Air National Guard at Tyndall AFB and retired in March of 2022 with over 20 years of honorable service.

While serving, I earned a Bachelor's in Organizational Management and a Master's in Business Administration. I've used these degrees to start and run successful real estate investments and manage multi-million-dollar cybersecurity contracts.

Over my career, I’ve honed my skills in complex problem solving. I have experience with complicated organizational structures and a collaborative approach to addressing issues.

I am slow to speak and quick to listen, which is precisely what Ward 3 needs – someone to listen to the community's concerns and act to make Panama City family-oriented, small business-friendly, and growth-focused.
