Candidate: Michelle Bryant

Hello, my name is Dorothy Michelle Bryant but you can call me Michelle. I am  a native of Panama City, Florida. I grew up in the Millville and Glenwood area. I attended Millville Elementary, Jinks Middle School and the Prestigious Bay High School Class of 1994. After graduation, I attended MSU, joined the U.S. Army, and traveled all over the U.S.

 In 2010, I returned back to Panama City after completing my Master's degree in Business Administration and a 10 year career in Healthcare Leadership. I have spent the last ten years in public service leadership and running 2 small businesses. After Hurricane Michael, I started a journey into learning more about Community and Civic Service. I became the Executive Director of DADSRA Innovative Solution in 2020. I am currently a member of the NAACP, League of Women Voters, Kiwanis Club, Women Veteran Network, National Black Women MBA Organization, and various organizations as a volunteer. As a bold leader who leads by example in every aspect of my life, I know how to achieve goals, develop strategies for success, collaborate effectively, and maintain a high level of emotional intelligence to work well with others that may have different view points to be able to achieve a common goal for our community. 

As an active change agent, it has become my passion and my desire to see Ward #2 grow. With my experience in Business, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Community Service, It is my pleasure to announce that I. Michelle Bryant will be running in the 2023 Panama City Commissioner Ward #2 Election. I believe that my life has led me to this moment to do my part in molding Ward #2 into an even more beautiful, thriving, and well developed Ward.
