Candidate: Brenda Lewis-Williams

Brenda is married to Brevrhette L. Williams. She has two daughters, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was raised and attended school in Seat Pleasant, Maryland.

Brenda has a degree from Texas Southern University, School of Business. She has continued studies at Troy University (Counseling), and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (Christian Administration Studies). She has worked as an educator in private christian and public sector schools with a focus in ESE. 

Brenda is a member of Church at The Beach ( formerly Gulf Beach Baptist Church).

When asked why she became a candidate for mayor she responds with a " Flip Wilson" styled witticism " A pothole made me do it."

Her focus as Mayor:

. Managerial, financial and fiscal responsibility and integrity

. Equalization of services for all communities
