Introducing Paul Adamczyk:

He is currently a member of your county commission representing district 5. He will bring the same transparency, proactive work ethic, and fiscal responsibility to the school district.  He will ensure the funding for the school district goes where it is most needed into the classrooms where it can be utilized to improve the academic success of our students. 

A Dedicated Republican for Putnam County Superintendent of Schools.  Who works for the good of the Students of our community as a priority, which has benefit for everyone within our community. 

Paul Adamczyk is a committed advocate for the students, teachers, families, and the community of Putnam County. With a vision that is Pro Student, Pro Teacher, Pro Family, and Pro Putnam, he's determined to bring positive change to our educational system.

In today's world, quality education is paramount for our students, and Paul understands this deeply. He's committed to working tirelessly to enhance academic achievement and ensure that every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Paul Adamczyk recognizes that third-grade reading literacy is a critical milestone for our students' future success. He is dedicated to strengthening this foundation, as it is key to unlocking their full potential.

To make this vision a reality, Paul believes in putting resources closer to our students, right in the classrooms. This means providing teachers with the necessary tools, training, and support to empower them to succeed in their vital role of shaping our children's future.

Paul Adamczyk plans to work with all stakeholders in our community especially our teachers in order to develop the plan for academic achievement with measurable results our community has been waiting for.  We need to get back to working for our students and our community. 

He believe we cannot have successful students without successful and driven teachers.
