Positions :

Sweep the Palm Coast City Hall Clean. The Investigation of the Mayor by the FBI interviewing at least a dozen city employees or more is an embarrassment that coincides with our celebration of twenty years of Palm Coast being a city. I believe this limits Palm Coast's ability to sell itself to the world.

Halt this Council's push to build what I call a " New Little Camden N.J." in our Town Center ! This is not in our best interests and I believe it is a long term liability to all Palm Coast residents. This project was built with VOLUSIA COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY BONDS. This is the second project Bonded by VOLUSIA. We must ask WHY is the Volusia County Housing Authortiy here ? Flagler County must remain independent of Volusia, we do not need their influences. If the County Commissioners can not realize that then the City Council needs to step up and REJECT their intrusion in Palm Coast. 

Provide financial Common Sense for ALL City expenditures. I would not approve $1.5 Million being transferred from our General Fund to a NON- discretionary fund for Med Nex. I have looked for metrics or any type of study on this project publicly asking the County BOCC/AdminIstrator and found NONE, ZERO, ZIP. We are being Duped, AGAIN !

I will use my 40 years business experience interfacing with state and local governments to ensure development in Palm Coast enhances without draining Tax Dollars.

I highly value Core Services: EMS/FIRE/SHERIFF. I will stay focused on maintaining support and funding for these services that maintain our quality of life.

 Professional Experience : 40 year Business Owner & V.P. Operations, General Contracting & Property Management. Construction of Commercial and Multi-Family, PUC approved Water Companies, DEP approved Treatment Plant, Restaurants, DOT Expansions, Municipal Pumping Stations, High Rise Residential. Successfully worked with all levels of government from the private sector to successfully accomplish this full spectrum of projects. Our company was a major corporate donor for a new YMCA and Hospital. As V.P. I signed the checks and reconciled with our Treasurer.

My Core Beliefs : • The Florida Constitution must be fully known by all representatives who take the Oath to uphold it. • The U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights = Our American Legal Foundation. • A limited Federal government with minimal Federal Intrusion in Flagler County. • Returning to and maintaining the existence of a sovereign Florida. Lifelong Taxpayer Advocate for Effective Spending and Outcomes • Private Property Rights are the Core of the American Culture. Democracy can not function without capitalism.

About Dennis : Married to Janet for 46 years, blessed with three adult children who contribute uniquely as Contractor/Broker, Corporate 500 HR Manager and Doctor. My years as a young father involved me in school & community activities and initiatives, helping build a Montessori school, preserving our local school in a regional system, coaching sports from T-Ball to AAU level basketball, and supporting educational services of our Regional School Board.  I was active helping push FSA/Common Core out of the Florida schools, then defeating it in 2019 with Governor DeSantis Executive order removing it from Florida schools.
