Candidate's Statement

Vincent moved to Palm Coast in 2012 and immediately dove into the community.

A lawyer since 2004, Vincent served a term as the President of the Flagler County Bar Association. He is currently a member of the Dunn Blount Inns of Court, the vice-president of the Estate Planning Council of the Fun Coast, president-elect of the Rotary Club of Flagler County, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Palm Coast Historical Society.

Vincent has been married to his wife, Vivianne, for 23 years. Vivianne is on the Board of Directors of Community Cats of Palm Coast and Vincent helps her foster rescued cats and kittens.

Vincent is the product of a public school education, having graduated from Northwest Classen High School in Oklahoma City in 1989. He then obtained an Associate of Science degree from St. Gregory's College and then a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University in 1994. Vincent then obtained his Master of Arts degree in History/Museum Studies from the University of Central Oklahoma.

After living in California for a few years where he worked as a substitute teacher and then as a librarian at Stanford, Vincent earned his Juris Doctorate from the George Washington Law School in Washington, DC.

Vincent has spent the last 8 years becoming a fixture in Flagler County, including serving as a member of the Palm Coast City Council. He wants to continue to serve the community in a way he really feels he can do some good.  As a true believer in how far a good public education can take you in life, he will be a strong advocate for the students in Flagler County.
