Joan Anthony was admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States Court of Appeals in 1988. Joan has been a small business owner and manager of her own practice since 2004. Prior to being an entrepreneur, Joan served as Legal Counsel for the Volusia County Metropolitan Planning Organization and a Pre-Law Instructor at Bethune-Cookman College.
Joan has been a staunch community servant. Her service ranges from the Daytona Beach Kiwanis Club to the Volusia County Bar Association.
