Ralph Dumke is the founder and past president of Waterline Industries Corporation, a general contracting firm specializing in building and rehabilitating wastewater and water treatment facilities throughout New England. In 2009, Waterline expanded its expertise into service of treatment facilities and alternative energies. Ralph started Waterline in 1987 and has since grown the company to include 85 employees, and a multi-million-dollar annual revenue. Under his leadership, Waterline has for several years running been included in Best of New Hampshire’s publication as being one of the region’s fastest growing companies. In 2018, the corporation became an Employee Owned Company.
Ralph is also an inventor and patent holder of the first-ever quick disconnect injection nozzle for water treatment chemicals within a high-pressure waterline. His invention is used today in many water treatment facilities across the country and provides added safety for water treatment operators as well as an emergency “shut off” switch previously not available.
