Candidate: Jan Reeger

Jan Reeger is currently a Bunnell City Commissioner running for re-election.

Jan is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and RPA with commercial and residential background in construction, property management, maintenance and operations, financing, sales, leasing, receivership services, business start-up, accounting, and administration.  She has varied experience with large corporations and small companies in Florida and Illinois and was an adjunct professor at St. Petersburg Community College teaching property management courses.    

In Florida, she worked with Paragon Group and was a Vice President with Coldwell Banker Commercial and Grubb & Ellis, managing millions of square feet of properties. As a Court Appointed Receiver (bonded for one million dollars), she performed receivership services for institutional clients with various types of properties and was a Legal Assistant at a law firm specializing in Real Estate (Rudnick & Wolfe).

Jan was a Bunnell Planning and Zoning Board Member for 6 years and is currently Vice President of the Flagler County Historical Society. Previously, she was a Flagler Sheriff’s PAL Board Member, Bunnell CRA Advisory Committee Chair for several years, Dogs Baseball Boosters (FPCH sports), Flagler Habitat for Humanity Site Selection Committee and Commercial Committee Founder for the Flagler County Association of Realtors.
