My name is Pastor Howard Barnes I was chosen to be Mayor because God led me to this City from Chicago Il.  Regardless of whether I sit down at City Hall or not. God has made me a watchman over this City. I love God, and I love this City called Jacksonville, Fl. furthermore, I love the people in this City. It is time for us to take ownership of our neighborhoods, schools, streets, businesses, etc. where I am from it takes a Village to raise a child , and a Family that prays together stays together. I am also a business owner I have a Tree Business. I am a member of the Jacksonville Small Emerging Business better known as JESB Program. I was lead by the Lord to help by giving people an affordable Tree Service. I also partner with several organizations around the United States and of course at home in Jacksonville, Fl..
