Jim Overton brings a businessman's approach to Government and Public Administration. He has 26 years experience as a business owner, 10 years on City Council, and 12 years as the Duval County Property Appraiser. He was elected Tax Collector in November of last year.
He holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from UNF.
