Candidate: Nina Ward

I am currently the Deputy Supervisor of Elections for Bay County and have worked in various capacities in this office throughout my 13 + years serving the voters of Bay County.

I am a lifelong resident of Bay County and love this community. My husband Curt and I have been married for 18 years and have twin daughters currently attending high school in Bay County. My family and I are active members of Northstar church where I have served on the worship arts team since 2011.

I have a passion for defending democracy and will continue to provide Secure, Accurate, and Fair elections for you, the voters of Bay County. During my tenure I have administered 37 elections including local, state, and federal. I understand what it takes to earn the confidence of Bay County voters and my mission is to continue to provide the voters of Bay County with a secure process they can be proud of and have full confidence that their vote is counted accurately.

Professional Achievements: In 2016 I was awarded the Master Certified Election Professional designation from the Florida State Association of Supervisors of Elections. In 2021 I received the highest designation from the National Election Center in partnership with Auburn University as a Certified Elections/Registration Administrator (CERA).
