Candidate: Nancy Viejo

My husband, Tony “Vegas” Viejo and I moved to Panama City Beach in 1992. I always wanted to live at the beach.

In 1995 I became a licensed Mortgage Broker. On day one I joined the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) and the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers (FAMB which is now FAMP). I became President of the Panhandle Chapter in 2000 and lobbied in Tallahassee and Washington D.C. as a State Director. 

At 18 I decided from the very first time I voted in an election. that someday I will get involved in politics. I have been active in Republican politics for most of my adult life, and I joined the Bay County Republican Executive Committee after the election of Donald Trump. I currently serve as the Legislative Chair for the Bay County Mom’s For Liberty, Legislative Vice Chair for Mom’s for Liberty Florida, and Vice Chair for the Bay County Republican Liberty Caucus.

The position of Republican State Committeewoman is to represent the values of Bay County Republicans at the state party. I am the only candidate in this race that supports Donald Trump and the America First Agenda. I am the only candidate that supported Governor Ron DeSantis in 2018, and his agenda throughout his great tenure in Tallahassee.

My opponent has been among the most vocal critics of both of our Republican leaders, and a supporter of RINOs like Liz Cheney.
