Hi, l am Carol Michaels.  Let me introduce myself to you with a little information about me

You will find my name on your voting ballot for the position of Seat 1, Beaumont Community Development District CDD. I have been appointed in this Seat since January 2024.  I have gained much knowledge about our community such as the inner workings of our CDD along with Florida’s Sunshine rules and regulations.

*I take this position very seriously and devoted my time and effort to do so.

*I have attended all meetings and workshops

*Completed 120 hours of Ethics Training.

     All these traits above helped me achieve and accepted challenges in my life

Education: Master’s in Science, Specializing in Rehabilitation Counseling.

     I currently own and manage my own business, Customiz-Ink for 15 years.

     Licensed Nursing Home - Assisted Living Administrator

     Hospital Oncology(Cancer) Social Worker, also developed support groups, patients, families.     

 Personal: Married for 43 years (Give it a Wow!) We have 2 wonderful, professional daughters that we are very proud of, above all love very dearly. It has been 3 years since our move from North Eastern PA to Beaumont.  We have great friends and neighbors. It’s a great community. We also have 3 rescued fur babies, 2 dogs Dora, Cinnamon and Dexter the cat.

Volunteerism: Therapeutic  Equine (Horses). Therapeutic Horses that are trained to assist with working with all disabilities young and old, Veterans included 10 years with various Centers.
