King of The Road (KOTR) Chapter of the Antique Car Club of America (AACA), Pasians Club -  Vietnam Veterans Association (VVA) - Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW)  -  Freedom Boat Club (Tampa Bay Region - includes Harris Chain of lakes)

PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE & SOLUTIONS

Jan 1971 to Jul 2013:  I successfully completed military & commercial aviation careers in operations & training while remaining focused on service to family, nation, & the needs of our fellowman above self.

Feb 2003 to Aug 2020:  Concurrent with & after my commercial career I worked with a World-wide Non-governmental Health Organization developing their air crew curriculum, trained & evaluated personnel, maintained FAA air crew records & aircraft operating flight manuals.  I also flew their DC-/MD-10 aircraft focusing on Third-World Environment operations.  Over 49 years of experience in these fields, has given me the necessary skills to:

• Identify District 6 Quality of Life issues, determine if they are being met, and address shortfalls.
• Ensure existing and new District 6 initiatives are planned and funded to address resident needs effectively, and efficiently.
• Integrate monetary, political, and regularity constraints into District 6 resource allocation process.
• Identify obstacles to Resident Board control over resources and minimize their impact.
• Keep District 6 residents informed of Village governmental issues affecting them
