Candidate: Bryant Fulgham

Please allow me to introduce myself,

I am Bryant Fulgham. I was born in Citrus County, and raised in Sumter County. My family first moved to the Great State of Florida in 1842 to Hernando County and the first 3 generations served on Boards of County Commissioners in Hernando County. I am a proud native 8th generation Floridian.

Over the past 4 years, I have volunteered my time and efforts to preserve the History of Sumter County and of the City of Bushnell, working with the Sumter County Preservation Society as an active member. I have advocated for the Sumter County Sheriff's Office in public forum and will continue to do so. I have served on the City of Bushnell Parks Committee, a common consensus committee, and have remained an active part in local politics for the last 4 years. I look forward to continuing my service and to be dedicated full time to the residents of the City of Bushnell.

My commitment to the residents of the City of Bushnell, is best summed up by the former motto of the City of Bushnell, "Where we make good." 

I will work to make good for the residents of the City of Bushnell, their quality of life. I will work to make the City of Bushnell an affordable, safe, and prosperous community. I will work to make good our current motto, and I will be committed to the quality of life for all residents. I will work to make the City of Bushnell a place where residents are proud to live. 

I have always and will continue to be an advocate for the residents of the City of Bushnell. I have been publicly speaking since the age of 14, and from my very first speech to the Sumter County Board of County Commissioners, I have advocated for the safety and well-being of others. I have always and will continue to serve the public to the best of my ability. 

I have the willingness to learn for the benefit of the residents of the City of Bushnell. I have and will always remain open-minded to the beliefs, opinions and values of others. I will work hard for all my constituents and will remain firm that I will always be available to my constituents. I will work to keep my constituents informed of my actions on their behalf. I do not believe it is their responsiblity to dig for information, it is my responsiblity to make it easily available.
