Candidate: Walton Pellicer

My name is Walton Pellicer and I am a Republican Candidate for County Commissioner for District 5.

As a father, lifetime resident and businessman, I care about the future of this county.   My parents, Walt and Pauline Pellicer instilled in me a civic duty that I have tried to bring to this county throughout my lifetime. Some of my community service accomplishments are:

·      Past Master of Hastings Masonic Lodge #183 on 3 different occasions

·      Current Member and Past President of Putnam County Shrine Club

·      Current Member of the Board of Directors of Rodeheaver’s Boys Ranch

·      Past Putnam County Commissioner

Our family owned and operated one of the most popular barbeque restaurants in Putnam County. I have continued my family legacy by volunteering my cooking skills and talent to various civic organizations county wide.   I am currently a certified welder at Elliott Welding of Palatka and I assist on a part time basis at Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home.  I have 2 beautiful daughters Payton and Brenna, who have attended Putnam County Public schools, that are supporting me in my journey to become your next commissioner. It is through my life-long dedication to community service that has led me to seek a seat on the Putnam County Board of County Commissioners.  I am asking for your support and vote in electing me to the Putnam County Board of Commissioners, District 5.  I am here to answer any of your questions or concerns.
