LEE MEMORIAL HEALTH SYSTEM 4

Lee Health is at a crossroads in large part due to the fast news cycle we now have via the internet.

During my studies to obtain a master degree in Public Administration- non profit emphasis with distinction Enron and Arthur Andersen was consuming our political thought. My esteem professors weighed heavily in our accounting classes the studies of forensic audits. Forensic audits are by design to provide transparency of operations.

Lee Health is a $1.5 billion dollar annual revenue govt. created quasi non profit.

It is my hope that Lee Health will begin to provide the transparency of operations so patients and employees can have the confidence of the important mission before it.

In the past few years it has been published that the CEO's of Lee Health make near 1 million dollars annually. For a govt. created quasi non profit citizens have questions on that large payout.

It is my hope to study this in a place a manner with the goal of reconstructing health care allowing quality markets to rise through competition. In doing so providing better services to all citizen stakeholders.

Through competition, transparency and accountability it begins the process of better recognition and pay to all health care professionals from the front line and then to the administration.

As a candidate for Hospital board # 4 my education, qualifications and skill sets are uniquely qualified to assist toward these lofty necessary goals. I'd like to make Lee Health at the top of the discussion in our community. Not just at election season but everyday!

Health care through reasonably regulated market competition can provide lower prices and better services and more opportunities for the individual professional service providers.

Together we can do this.
