Resident of Lee County since 1976, moved to Lehigh Acres in 2001. Served 28.5 years in the United States Army. Married to Joseph (JD) Cunningham, a Disabled Marine Veteran. I have 2 sons who also served in the military, and 4 grandchildren, the eldest currently in the United States Army at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. Attended Edison State College and the University of Maryland, obtaining an Associate\'s Degree in Business Administration. Not backed financially by any political group, party, or committee. President of VFW Post 4174 Auxiliary for the past 3 years. Active in assisting the Veterans and their families in the Lehigh Acres community. Have conducted several food drives and \"Back to School Supply\" drives for the residents of Lehigh Acres.
