Richard L Dunmire Educator, Business Owner, Family Man Making a difference by dedicating my life to education and community service. The most important gift we can offer our children is an education. With this bequest our children will have the tools to achieve their aspirations and dreams. Born in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania during the darkest years of the great depression, my family experienced extreme poverty. My parents adamantly impressed upon me the importance of education as the best way out, a philosophy that I have pursued and tendered my entire professional career.
