Candidate: Pamella A. Seay

Pamella Seay currently serves on the Charlotte County Airport Authority. She has been actively involved in the successful oversight of the airport, taking it from zero income and near total devastation after Hurricane Charlie to its status now as the second fastest growing airport in the nation. Pam Seay graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law and is an attorney, licensed to practice law in Florida and South Carolina. She teaches law at Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, where she is a founding faculty member. She is a member AOPA (Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association), IAWA (International Aviation Women\'s Association), the Lawyer Pilots Bar Association, and other organizations. She is a published author, most recently publishing a book with John Hodge and Kyle Seay for the national Transportation Research Board on \"Sovereign Immunity for Public Airport Operators (2015).
