Candidate: Melissa Seeuws

I am Melissa Seeuws. I grew up on the East Coast and traded in the boardwalks of the Atlantic beaches for the beautiful white sands of the Gulf Coast. I have lived in Panama City Beach for 17 years now. They say after 11 years in a place you're considered a local... so I'm now a PCB local! I'm not a career politician. It's been in the last three years that I've gotten interested in local politics. Growing up I always knew it was our right as Americans to go and vote. And that's exactly what I did... I would go vote for the president every four years! But I realized it's in local county and city elections where you can really have a voice as a citizen. So here I am starting at the bottom (you'll even notice my name is at the bottom of the ballot)! This position would be a great place for me to start and learn.
