Frank Reddick is a lifelong resident and graduate of public schools in Hillsborough County. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education/Psychology from Paine College, Augusta, Georgia. Mr. Reddick is currently the CEO of the Sickle Cell Association of Florida.  Mr. Reddick is a past member of the Hospital Authority Board at Tampa General Hospital, past member of the executive board of the East Tampa Partnership (CRA) and past chairman of Communities Health Charities of Florida Board of Directors. He also is the past vice-chairman of the Hillsborough County Charter Review Board, Hillsborough County Civil Service Board, Sports Authority and Hillsborough County Human Relations Board, and past president of Northview Hills Neighborhood Association. Mr. Reddick is a former two terms chairman of the Tampa City Council.

As member of the Tampa City Council, Councilman Reddick served as Chairman of the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), Vice-Chairman of the Finance Committee, Chairman of the Public Safety Committee, and Chairman of Public Works. He spends much of his time reading, gardening, watching sports and studying politics.
