Charles S. Crivellaro (Kriv el la row) lives in Destin with his wife Pamela. He relocated, from serving his country as a Contracting Officer/Procurement Analyst with the Federal Civil Service (Retired) for the Department of Defense and a U.S. Army (Retired) Vietnam Era Service Disabled Veteran.

Charles has an extensive military and civilian background in human behavior inside organizational settings. He knows how human behavior interacts with the organization, and the organization itself. Charles brings forth a unique set of personal characteristics, and the know how from other organizations and his personal background. Therefore, he looks at the unique perspective that everyone brings to the organization i. e. Okaloosa County.

Charles has a steadfast background in managing the negotiation of terms and conditions in contracts and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions, as well as documenting and agreeing on any changes for amendments that may arise during the implementation of execution. This can be summarized as the process of systematically and efficiently managing contract creation, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk.
