Candidate: Michelle Franklin

Prior to serving as Saint Lucie County Property Appraiser, I worked 12 years in the office learning about each department from the ground up as well as completing the Real Estate Residential Appraisal Course. I earned a Public Human Resources Association certificate through the Florida Public Human Resources Association and an Organizational Management B.A.S. from Indian River State College. Since taking office, I have obtained my Certified Florida Appraiser (CFA) certification though the Florida Department of Revenue.

I am committed to the duty and responsibility of placing fair, equitable, and just value on all real and tangible personal property in Saint Lucie County annually. I have made it my personal mission to ensure that every property owner receives the exemptions to which they are entitled. It would be an honor to continue serving Saint Lucie County as the Property Appraiser and I respectfully ask for your vote in the general election.
