It\'s my hope and desire to represent all the residents in Palm Coast by listening to your needs, managing your issues, and living up to your expectations. Please join me and my plan to keep Palm Coast PARADISE! Pam has been a full time active top-producing agent since 1984. Her High Volume production is enhanced from her dedicated service on the Local Board of Realtors in the fields of Legislative Government Affairs, MLS service, Grievance/ Professional Standards, as well as Fair Housing and Realtor Public Relations. She had served as the President and the Treasurer of the North Broward Womens Council of Realtors. She served as the Chair for the Flagler Association of Realtors Legistlative Committee,she was elected to the Board of Directors for 2007-2009 and again 2011-2013. Currently she chairs the Programs and Services committee at the Flagler County Association of Realtors as well as sitting on the Business trends and technology, Communications, and Risk Management Committees for the Florida Association of Realtors on a statewide level. Professional Education and Designations Honored to be selected as the Flagler County Realtor of the Year in 2010. Pam earned her Broker license in 1985. She has gone through the Floyd Wickman S.T.A.R. 77-hr. program twice to enhance her special marketing talents. In 1997 she attended the Anthony Robbins Unleash the Power Within seminars to raise her standards and move ahead into the 21st Century. She has served on two cities Code Enforcement Boards spanning 8 years of experience and now currently sat for a second term on the Flagler County Planning and Zoning Board. As well she is an award winning Distinguished Toastmaster DTM and community leader. Pam has been an active participant in several community and charitable organizations including the Flagler Symphonic Society, the Women’s Initiative of the United Way, and a Flagler NAACP ACT-So mentor. Pam is looking to be YOUR next City Council member where she will represent all Palm Coast Voters while bringing “Unity to the Community” by providing A Voice of Reason.
