Candidate: Jason Sands

Jason Sands, a Palm Coast resident of ten years, is now running for Flagler County School Board. As a parent of two school age children, Jason has a vested interest in making Flagler Schools excel. Jason understands the importance of education. While raising a family and maintaining a career, Jason achieved his bachelor’s degree in engineering technology information systems. He currently holds a position as a technology specialist for a neighboring school district. Flagler Schools is a good school district, but has the potential to achieve greatness. Investing in our future, Jason will tirelessly work to increase community involvement, improve fiscal responsibility, instruction, and student engagement. These improvements will increase opportunities for our students ensuring that each and every student can reach their full potential. He will work with families, community leaders, and stakeholders to build a better future for our students.
