As a retired Army Major, I have learned through my training and experience to observe any given situation, determine what the problems are, develop solutions to the problems, implement the best solution and make changes to the implementation of the solution as needed.

As a Citrus County Commissioner, I will subject every proposal and expenditure to one test: Do the proposals and expenditures benefit the Citizens, Tax Payers and Voters of Citrus County?

In addition, I am not For Sale, I cannot be Bought and I am not Beholden to anyone! For I believe if you do not have your Integrity, you have nothing! My Integrity is tantamount to achieving your Trust and therefore your Vote.  I feel that Duty, Honor and Country is a motto to live by as these are just not words but a cause to pursue.

My qualifications/experiences are as follows:

Major Field Artillery USAR Retired (24 years)

Graduate – US Army Field Artillery Officer’s Basic and Advance Courses

Graduate – Command & General Staff College

BA Criminology – Summa Cum Laude

Doctor of Jurisprudence – Cum Laude

White Collar Crime Fraud Investigator/CFE

Reserve Deputy Sheriff & Police Officer

Volunteer Firefighter

HazMat Technician

Certified Mediator

Over 50 years of experience in the Construction Industry

Certified Home Inspector

Certified BBQ Judge

Hundreds of hours of Continuing Education in Military Operations, Law Enforcement, Environmental Safety and various other disciplines

The Issues I am concerned about are Growth, Healthcare, Crime, Taxes, Housing, Infrastructure/Roads, Business, Parental Rights, Tourism, Agriculture, Veteran’s Affairs, Community Standards and Land & Water Preservation.

I am also a staunch supporter of recalling inept and corrupt Elected Officials for cause.

As an Army Officer, I took an Oath that never expires and as such, I vow to always protect, defend and support our Constitution which protects our Rights, Freedoms and Liberties.

As your District 3 Commissioner, I will always have the Best Interest of the Citrus County Citizens, Tax Payers and Voters in mind!

I believe through my education, training and experience I am qualified to lead Citrus County into the future for all Citrus County Citizens.
