My roots to Parker run deep. I am a Panama City native and a Parker family descendant. My parents and grandparents were born here and I spent a large part of my youth in and around the Parker community. My great uncle, Earl Gilbert, was Parker’s first mayor and my father lives in the house my great-grandfather Charles Parker built in 1921, and my mother lives on Donalson Point. I moved away in 1983 after graduating from college and returned to live in Parker in 2013. This has been, and always will be my home.
I am a partner in the accounting and consulting firm Ernst & Young, and am responsible for all work provided to the public sector in the State of Florida. I intend to use my 30 years of experience and the insights I’ve gained working across our state to leverage lessons learned, best practices, emerging trends and technologies for our city.
This is my first candidacy. I am a believer that if you’re going to talk the talk you should walk the walk. Especially now with so much to be done to restore and improve our community. So, if the voters of Parker allow me to, I intend to make the best contribution I can to help our city recover and thrive.
