Statement of Candidacy: My wife and I visited numerous active adult communities in Florida, Arizona and South Carolina before deciding to build in Heritage Springs. Our first priority was finding what I call a \"WOW\" lot in a warm climate. Heritage Springs had such a lot. Our lot, in Senic View Estate, sits near a large retention pond and is bordered by a magnificent wetlands preserve. There are many similarly attractive residential properties throughout Heritage Springs. I believe the maintenance of a high quality retention pond systen in Heritage Springs is central to its continuing attractiveness as a place to live. The CDD is responsible for the maintenance of these ponds as part of the community\'s storm water management system. To discharge this responsibility, and maintain the requisite street lighting throughout the community, a significant expenditure of money is required. I believe my background and experience will allow me to make a positive contribution to the management of these resources. Robert F. Allen
