I want to introduce a program that will teach our children with an in-class presentation, that Soil & Water are our most valuable resource. I have been a life long resident of Jacksonville, excluding twenty years of military service, in which I retired in 1990 and I am a disabled veteran. Personally, I have been married for 39 years to Martha Starling. We have one daughter, a son-in-law and a two year old granddaughter. I am a member of the Riverside Masonic Lodge, the Scottish Rite and an Ambassador in the Morocco Shiners. I spent eight years with the Jacksonville Sheriff\'s Office and recently retired from the City\'s Property Safety Division. I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Management from Cambridge State University. I have also been a small business owner for many years. My professional experience makes me the prefect candidate for this board.
