I have spent 30 years giving service to my community. I have a very diverse background in terms of work and life experience. I would bring that experience to the bench. I believe that our system of justice works for each of us, and litigants must know that the system is fair. As a special magistrate and criminal defense attorney, I have demonstrated my ability to be fair and open minded to my clients and the parties involved in special magistrate hearings while handling matters that are important to them. I will bring that same philosophy to the bench while upholding the laws of the State of Florida and the United States Constitution.

• I am a criminal defense attorney with over 30 years of experience. I have represented individuals charged with various criminal offenses ranging from misdemeanor offenses, i.e., battery, petit theft, and serious criminal offenses that include rape, murder, robbery, etc.
• I am also the special magistrate for the City of Ft. Pierce for the past 14 years. There I preside over matters involving code and building violations.
• I have previous experience as a special magistrate City of Port St. Lucie for 6 years, assistant public defender (8 years), school teacher (non academic), sergeant Florida Department of Corrections.
