Board since 2013 Currently: President H.O.P.C.A. 30+ years as a Plant & Facilities Engineer – Supervised maintenance staff at various industrial plants. Designed and/or coordinated Engineering firms to design new facilities and modifications to existing facilities. 15 years of experience on our Condominium Board in Massachusetts. (12 years as treasurer and 3 years as Chairman) Goal: To add my experience and expertise to the CDD Board to assist in the continued good operation of our Park.
